Poor quality
Absolutely do not like this sofa. The leather loses its color and this happened with the first set and that was replaced. Cheap quality for the cost.
gorgeous couch.
my son and his family aas well as myself loved the cu0 ch. when it became damaged. the warranty company kept loosiing and the shutting down the case to get new one. finally after 6 mos they gave the o k after agruing the point.l then it was too late to buy another one. it was discontinued. we loved it. handsome. good firmness looked great. we are angree. had to change the co uch totally . the bigger ottoman is gorgeous as well. now we have it and no couch.we purchased

loveseat is solid and comfortable for two adults. leather is a good color match for many decors.
Is this really leather
The set looks great and the seats fit us well as we are short but I've never seen a leather piece wear out like the chair arms did. I had to look at the paperwork and the online description to confirm it actually is leather. I think it may be bonded leather or maybe the stain and glaze is flaking off. I'm hoping I can find the right color of leather cream to at least disguise it. Not satisfied at all, very disappointed.
Attractive comfortable affordable high quality
We love the couch. I'm very picky when it comes to couches as I must have one that supports my low back. This one does an amazing job of this. One problem, tho. When the guys delivered the sofa, they delivered it still in the enormous box. How disappointing! It took my husband and I almost an hour to cut open the box, deal with all of the cardboard and then take off the plastic. I've never had a piece of furniture delivered in a box. I feel like the delivery guys decided to skip their job of removing the couch from the box to get in and out of our house as quickly as possible. I would appreciate some feedback on this...I'd like to know what the standard is regarding delivery of furniture.

What a beautiful piece of leather....the color is just what we were hoping for. Everything about this couch is just perfect.

This collection looked great in our home....for a while. Now, out of warranty, it’s a mess. The leather is peeling off, leaving behind white specs everywhere. Additionally, the cushions no longer stay in place. Every time you sit, they slide forward several inches. Yes, the pieces are used daily...by my husband and me, and a very small dog...no children in the home. These are not scratches. it’s peeling, and, it cannot be repaired. We are shopping for new furniture, but not at Macy’s. It’s unfortunate, because we’ve been loyal customers for a very long time.
