I fell in love with couch since I saw it online. it has all the features I want. the reclining feature is so smooth and quiet. the drop down table with outlets is incredibly convenient. And the COLOR (I got the dark grey one) is absolutely gorgeous. I actually purchased the last one in this color. goes great with my living room colors. I bought it over the phone. the girl that Ho helped me Shannon, was so friendly and competent. She answered all my questions. Macys kept me up to date with delivery schedule. there were no delays whatsoever. And the WHITE GLOVE service was fantastic. the guys were professional and very nice. I highly recommend buying furniture from Macys. You will not regret it!

The sofa was great, material is good, but I can not believe is that my sofa was delivery on Nov 9, and two weeks later one of the recliners is not working, call Macy's send someone from tristate to check and he said is the motor, How can this happen a brand new sofa unless the give us an old one? Now the motor will take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive then we have to get someone again to our house. Very disappointed. Terrible

At first glance, the sofa appears to be beautiful and the material the same, but not so sure until it arrived. I purchased this for my husbands man cave and I must say that it exceeded our expectations. Great quality, color and size. Worth every penny, Cozy and comfortable as well. Fell asleep in it several times already.
