Area Rug

The rug arrived with a deep dent in it that could not be removed as well as many curves from being rolled up. I thought it would flatten out and while the rolls did somewhat, the deep crease did not. The rug was also of poor quality with a number of fibers coming loose after only a few vacuums. I sent it back.
