These dishes are so much nicer than the multicolored set I had before. I quickly realized I would have needed several pieces of each colored dish to create the pretty tables I saw on pinterest, but white goes with any decor or season! The pattern on the sides adds a little something to the plain white, and I love those bowls! I was worried about shipping, but everything was packed pretty well and the set arrived in one piece. My only complaint is that there are a few tiny black spots on some of the pieces (see the plate in the photo). I'm sure that's hard to avoid with stark white dishes- all dishes have flaws here and there, but I wouldn't want a dinner guest to think their plate was dirty. It's definitely not enough to keep me from loving them overall.

Favorite Dishes
I have been looking for a simple white set of dishes with a little texture. This set is exactly that! I love the style and size of the set. I was happy to discover that the bowls and mugs are bigger than anticipated. I wish it came in service for 4 or 12. 8 is great but if I need to get more I can’t imagine ever needing service for 16 as we downsize.

Very Pretty
I agree with another reviewer that the bowls are large, but they are great for soup. I found one flaw on one salad plate with a little raised bump, but it is pretty insignificant for the quality and attractiveness of the set. I am very pleased! In fact my husband suggested getting another set and the serving bowl.

Bowl size
The bowl size is so large. We generally use ours for cereal or ice cream but these are so big it's impossible. Almost vegetable bowl size. As soon as I can get it packed up it's going back.

Simply White
This dinnerware set is elegant but sturdy. Excellent quality and fantastic product especially for the bargain price. I will be purchasing another set for family gatherings.
