Absolutely Awful Experience

I ordered this (just the bed) from an associate. They brought the wrong footboard? So they could not put it together. They sent someone to fix it a week later and they did not fix it and then TWO WEEKS LATER was the fastest they said they could get me the right piece. Well, they brought the wrong piece AGAIN. I have been sleeping on my floor for weeks and they did not care. I am upset because I really wanted the bed but I do not trust this company at all anymore so I will not be trying again.
