good to deal with!

the quality seems to be there. The wife is comfortable in the chair. the salesman seemed to know about about the chair. the delivery was right on time. so far was a good experience. James was the salesman in store.

As a lift chair, it's OK. But as a recliner , it doesn't raise the feet high enough. The sitting posture with the back reclined is very uncomfortable .

Mom feels like a Queen!

My Mom had a stroke, has mobility issues and LOVES this chair. She is learning to walk again! She is 5' 2" so I need to pull her to the back of the chair to get her back supported. Leather is very comfortable. We got the Worry No More warranty since it's electric. After a few times coming out to fix motor issues - they max out on how many times they will replace the chair (I think 2X). Then the warranty is up, I put a tempurpedic under her calves for support, add more cotton in the head piece, roll a blanket a few times and put under her neck for support. She said she fills like a queen when using it.

Will NOT fit an average height woman. Beware!

I was outraged the day this chair arrived to find that Mother, a woman of average height would not fit in it. The seat height was a struggle for her to sit down and when she did I was astonished to find her back never contacted the chair. To my utter astonishment there was a 4” wide gap. It turned out the dimensions listed for the chair are incorrect and the seat depth is 23" from the back of her legs and not the 20" listed. Adding a pillow did NOT solve the problem. This sent her whole body 4" forward and the edge of the foot rest did not contact her ankles as it should and contacted her calves instead. She was very uncomfortable. In addition misinformation on the webpage told me this chair was on display at my local Macy's and when I arrived it was not. My online requests for the warranty information were repeatedly ignored for months and I spent an hour on the phone to finally get it. The chair back does not fully erect upright and the control very confusing for her.

The chair is great comfortable and fits great the men who delivered the chair where also awesome they had it in and sit up in less then 10 minutes

So far so goid. Delivery on time. Gentleman set up chair. Nice and professional. Chair is comfortable and it works.

Perfect for Recovery

Quality is good, and chair is stable. Chair is not wide but it Still wide enough to fit a tall 395 pound man.

Falls Short

Although workmanship and quality is good, chair is not as solid as I had hoped. Very light. Moves when you sit or stand. Wobble slightly in recliner position. Seat is uncomfortable for me. Arms are narrow and somewhat short. Chair is better suited for a short person. Not good for a robust man,
