This sectional is beautiful (and REALLY expensive), but it does NOT hold up. Leather is cracked, peeling and scratches up WAY too easily for a couch this expensive. The couch is 2 years old and not worth the money. Don't make the same mistake I did - buy leather furniture elsewhere

We’ve had this sectional for over 2 years now and haven’t had any issues. It is having minor normal wear and tear on the leather. If you end up with this couch, make sure you put the appropriate leather conditioner needed. It will maintain the look like new.

I just had this delivered today. The quality and look awesome. I dont understand the low stars on other reviews. If you are a tall person the seats are deep leather is thick good quality. I love them and got a good sale. High back so no bobbling heads. Good firmness on the cushions . I have no regrets

Beautiful, high quality leather n features but, I deeply regret buying this sofa. I bought the configuration with 3 power seats.The seats are so narrow that with a cushion, unless reclined you'll feel like you're falling out of it. If you plan to lay across and allow for any slight move without falling off, you must recline all 3 seats to not roll off

I am disappointed how this is holding up. I live alone and it is already showing where I sit. It is puckering up. It is very expensive to not hold up better. This was purchased 5 months ago.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My nightmare began in July. I purchased this sofa and literally redecorated my entire living room around the sofa. After 2 replacement sets (reclining mechanism keeps breaking) and 4 repair appointments, Macy's is returning the entire set allowing me to pick a new sofa. The sofa looks great and I received SO many compliments but it just keeps breaking! Don't waste your money!!!

This is one of very few modern and slim leather recliners that actually looks great in person and is very comfortable. Unfortunately quality control on this model is horrible as I had to replace it 3 times. I found damaged leather on each replacement. I wasted 4 months of waiting and 8+ hours over the phone dealing with customer service (who were great btw). After I found a rip and a missing leg piece on the the 3rd replacement I was fed up, I just returned the sofa altogether. I can't get that time back and I am never ordering a sofa from Macy's again. Even with my Macy's corporate employee discount, it was absolutely 100% not worth it!

the couch is nice looking and well made however it really doesn’t recline too high and it constantly unhooks from each other so if you try to reach you almost flip forward. For the money and amount of time I had to wait to receive it, very disappointing
