good sofa so far (2 months), beautiful grey color, soft leather. the only thing I don't like was the white glove delivery service, it was not beyond my expectation (they didn't cover their shoes) still the way they take care of the sofa was great. Love this sofa.

I Just received my couch and it's very stylish, soft, and very comfortable I will recommend this couch it came all wrapped up the delivery guys to it all off and put the legs on like a pro.The pillows are zipped on to stay in place and I really like that touch. The gray is really nice you can't go wrong with this purchase!!
Love these whole set!
I have been looking for modern, simple lines and good quality couches for few months now. When I saw these on line I fell in love with them and was hoping the quality was there as well. I have to say, when they arrived, they looked much more stunning in my living room and quality is top notch! I love these couches!!! I have purchased the whole collection & very, very happy with the quality and with the design.
Modern and Chic
We just bought a new home and had it remodeled. We were looking for a sofa that was modern, chic and comfortable. This sofa really fits the bill. It doesn't take up too much room and it is very comfortable. The seat is short which really works for me since I am only 5'2". However my husband is 6'4" and he still finds it very comfortable. The color is a soft gray that goes with today's modern style. Everyone asks us if an interior designer helped us with our decor! Don't hesitate on this one.
An awesome Sofa!
Perfect size for our room. Did not want any bulky sofas as the room is not very big. I love the streamlined design with simple lines. The seats were firmer than the one we tried at the store but in time, I am sure we can break that in. The seats are not too deep and low, and we love that. Very good back support. The color (dove grey) is really pretty and go well with our contemporary design, neutral enough to go with anything really. Giving two thumbs up!!

We like modern clean lines this sofa delivers that style. We took a big risk ordering this sofa without seeing it in person/in the store! I tried ordering the free swatch sample but kept receiving error messages. The leather is incredibly smooth and soft. I like the firmer bottom cushions on the sofa so they won't wear down as quickly. Dove grey is exactly the color it appears online. The feet are thin and sleek, although, the feet are taller than on our previous sofa which makes it easier to bump your foot into one of the steel feet. Sofa arrived in perfect condition. White glove delivery means they put out a small red carpet in front of your door way and the men took off their shoes (or wear booties to cover their shoes) as is our practice before entering the house. After having the sofa for several months now, I see that the back cushion show give with use so the cushions show wrinkles from where pressure's applied. I have to remind my young son to not lay on top of the cushions so the back cushions don't scrunch down with horizontal wrinkle lines. Our previous sofa had the back and cushions as one smooth integrated piece this wasn't an issue before. We really like this sofa and only wish their where coordinating leather recliner chairs with the same dove grey leather available!! I didn't give 5 stars because the online order process was a pain. We had to call the 800# instead of having the online transaction go straight through which was time consuming. The representative said it was to prevent credit card fraud.
Beautiful Sofa
After searching so many furniture stores I found the Macy’s gallery that had so much to choose from. We choose this couch and we couldn’t have found a more perfect sofa with a combination of elegance and comfortable rolled into one. The color is a very light grey that compliments our room. The whole Experience was a great one, to NOT being attacked by a salesperson following you around the store like other furniture places. When ready to buy the salesperson was extremely helpful. We received emails with status updates until it was in stock and ready to scheduled. Scheduled on a day and time that works for us. The delivery guys were on time, respectful and efficient. White glove service from start to finish.
I really like this sofa, chair and ottoman!
I wanted to buy this sofa since the line was introduced some months ago. I was not sure because there were no reviews. Eventually, there was one positive review so I went for it. I bought the sofa, chair and ottoman in brown and received them a few days ago. They have a very clean profile and tight seat cushions. The seat cushions are on the harder side but after a few days they are breaking in nicely. I generally like soft cushions, but I find these comfortable. The back cushions are very comfortable and support my back well! The back cushions have fabric on the back side so they can't be turned. The color is beautiful. The only minus I found is I would have liked the seat to be deeper. But to me that is not a deal breaker. The set fits great in my apartment.
