Not So Royal

What an experience. First, did not receive Royal Luxe Shredded Memory Pillows. The item was substituted for another product. Interestingly enough, a set of sheets was purchased on the same order. The sheets arrived in a timely manner. Tracking from the shipper suggested the pillows were delivered on the West Coast (San Diego CA); I reside on the East Coast (NY). Queried both Macy’s and shipper. Macy’s resent a set of pillows, not Royal Luxe. As it turns out the substituted pillows are extremely firm, yet they do keep cool. Still on the look out for pillows, just not online from Macy’s.

Not happy

The pillows arrived dirty because of poor packaging for shipping. They have a weird smell that I dislike. Not very happy with purchase!

Shame on Macy’s

Macy’s thought they were slick, because they ran out of the pillows that I ordered they just sent me anything. Shame on Macy’s.

Flat Pillows

These pillows were nothing like the description given when purchased. They are extremely flat as well as uncomfortable and they also have a terrible smell to them.
