I first bought these pillows last year and fell in love with them. I decided to order 4 more as I have yet to find any other pillows as firm and comfortable as these. However, when I received my order, they were not the same pillows. They have no cover, no zipper, and feel very plush. I reordered in hopes of it being a mistake and they sent the same pillows again.
Received wrong pillows
They apparently ran out of the pillows I ordered and so they just sent me completely different ones without informing me? Very confusing experience.

I bought these pillows for my son and daughter in law. They are very pleased with the how comfortable and easy they are to fall asleep with. Great support with out the neck pain. My son tells me he loves his and should have gotten the sooner.

Never received.
I ordered these but Macys sent a different pillow set without asking if I was ok with the substitution. The set I received did not come with zippered pillow covers as stated in the description. They were nice pillows, however I ordered this set specifically because the covers were included. When I called customer service they were unable to rectify the situation by simply sending covers and the ones I ordered were no longer available. I received no packing list and the package was opened upon receipt. This has been my only negative experience with Macys.
Good quality
While the quality of the pillows is excellent, they were not what I was expecting them to be. I will probably return them.
