Wrong pillows yet again

I don’t know how inept the vendor that supplies these pillows can be. The replacemt pillows they sent me are the identical ones they sent me the first time, which were not the pillows depicted or described on Macy’s website, I’m def returning them yet again and that’s it for me, _I don’t have time to deal with the stupidity, read the other reviews, it honestly appears to be a bait and switch, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PILLOWS, I can guarantee you won’t get the right pillows

Wrong pillows

I ordered these pillows and was shipped an completely different set of pillows, not even remotely close to the pillows I ordered, and to add insult to injury you can see in photo 3 where the brand label had been cut off so you could not identify the brand, very disappointing and doesn't shed a very good light on Macy's.....I've asked to replace them, we'll see what happens, if they're wrong again, they're going right back

Wrong item

I placed an order a few weeks ago and received the wrong item. I called to report the issue and was assured that the correct pillow would be sent within a few days. However, today I received the wrong item again. I’m very disappointed, as I was expecting both pillows to arrive correctly.
