Wish I could return for a full refund!

I wish I could return this item. Its super heavy with not much room inside. I've used it once and the short plastic handle (the one that you use when the telescoping handles are down) is only attached like a hook and eye under a flap of material. The handle came completely unhooked and will take some doing to rehook it under the fabric.

Perfect for Business Trips

Perfect present for the Son-in-Law. Great for his business trips. Great carry-on luggage with lots of storage.

Perfect size

I had searched all over trying to find a small carryon with 4wheels. So thankful I found this one. Holds all I need for on board plus an extra set of clothes for traveling. Great find and great quality

Great Carry On, but had to return

I loved this Under Seat Carry-On, but had to return. The strap on the back where you put it over the handle of your luggage didn't accomodate the curve in my luggage handle. The carry on has ample room for laptop and is easy to access. It's well made and love the charging port.

Cute but not durable

The handle broke after 1 use/trip. I returned it and exchanged it for another brand

Handle Broke

This is a great bag and I was impressed by how much I could pack on a recent business trip. It fit under the seat and the spinner wheels made it so easy to move along, even down the aisle of the airplane. The only thing I disliked was the cheap plastic handle that came right off when I was lifting it into a cab. I returned it to Macy’s and ordered a similar version that doesn’t have the plastic handle.
