Good purchase

I wish I could have purchased these pieces individually. I bought the dinnerware in the store and had to buy two sets as I need one that serves 8 and the set serves 4. Then I bought this serving set online and again I had to buy two sets because I want 2 serving bowls and 2 platters. And now I have 2 sugar bowls and 2 creamers and didn't want any of those. Other than that I they were a great buy. I just love the contrasting colors. The pictures don't do them justice. Also, they arrived on time and in tact, nothing damaged.

Perfect size bowl

Very light weight but strong and chip resistant. I love the bowl...it is deep and does not take up space with a 'rim'. I bought my first set several years ago and they still look like the new set!

beautiful color

The color on this dish set is beautiful. I only wish the bowls that came with starter set were a bit larger. The set comes with a creamer/sugar (which I hate to say, most people don't use anymore) so adding another larger serving bowl would be much better for me!
