Substandard online experience

I'll just leave this right here. Macy's has become intoleranle to deal with online. Orders not delivered, Orders canceled, online staff cannot speak fluent English nor understand English. They take your money and its a nightmare getting your refund. I had 7 straight Orders canceled by Macy's due to their staff not getting billing information nor delivering information correct. I even had them repeat after me, still didn't get it right all due to staffs inability to comprehend English. If you order online from Macy's, proceed with peril.

Delivery is non negotiable

For this fabulous table at the incredible price of 19$ I must pay a $125 delivery charge. No option to pick up at store. Kinda takes the fun out of a huge score.

do not buy anything on macys online. i made a purchase and needed to make a cancellation within less than 30 mins. there is no way to cancel the order online and completely useless customer service
