Excellent Firm posturepedic Twin XL

I ordered 2 each online. Went to store to sit and lay on it prior. I needed “firm” because of hip pain. Had a King and everything was too big and heavy for my comfort and limits. The mattresses are perfect. Firm, but not hard and flexible for my new Twin XL adjustable bed frames. Easier to handle and manipulateTwins XL vs. King mattress, sheets, bedding. Macy’s “USA” customer service is excellent online every time I called (800) 205-9658. Ordered special “White Glove” service to remove mattress & Box spring and vacuum and wipe under bed mess. Highly recommend Macy’s, my go to store for home goods & furniture & everything else!

Disappointed by communication

I never got it. I was told it would be delivered between 11:30 and 1:30 edt 11:45. At 2 I called and was told it was canceled. I set up another time for next week. I hope I get it this time. Very unhappy with the lack of communication.

mattress curls--see in photo. this is only after couple nights use. mattress is poor quality. i would not recommend to purchase.

boots

I really like the boots but I've now tried two sizes, one being a 1/2 size larger than I normally wear. Neither size fits comfortably. Unless the store has several sizes in stock I would not recommend ordering them.
