it too flat and don't fell any sense of memory foam.

Not Usable

Unfortunately, eventhough we gave it 5 days, this topper never puffed up. It mostly looks as flat as a pancake with big humps where it was folded. Not usable. Disappointed ☹️

Most of our bedding accessories, including memory foam toppers, are manufactured by licensed partners. Please take a look at the white law label sewn to the topper to help identify the manufacturer.

There are two main partners that manufacture the toppers; namely FXI (formerly known as Innocor) and Elite Comfort Solutions.

If the law tag indicates that FXI is the manufacturer, we would encourage you to reach out to them directly at 888-999-0499 or customerservice@sleeponnovations.com. They will be able to answer any questions you may have and initiate a warranty claim as needed.
