Already collapsed in less than 6 months. Please don't buy it.

One star because zero is not an option…Ordered 3 twin-sized mattresses a week ago. Delivery service arrived today with 2 twin and 1 queen… Had to refuse the 2 that were the correct size due to major stitching defects that caused piping along pillow-top to be disconnected from the mattress. Manufacturer and retailer both need to improve quality control.

Poor Customer Service Bad Mattress
This new mattress that is 3 weeks old is sinking in where I sleep. I'm not a big person & only one using it. Nobody seems to be contacting me about this issue, but didn't hesitate to take my money. I would like this replaced, after numerous attempts, nobody has called or provided any paperwork on this new mattress
