Cancelled for an odd reason
This order was cancelled by Macys saying that Serta did not have the materials to make the mattresses, I find this odd since it was a close out item which suggests they were no longer going to be made and they were selling stock at a reduced price. So after setting up delivery date (they called me to verify) all of a sudden they weren’t available, no apologies just blamed Serta! Really suspicious!!!
Do not buy
I bought this in May and it is now June, same year and there is a big dip on the side I sleep on. This mattress did not last one full month.

GREAT MATRESS
This King Mattress was a really great deal. Wonderful comfy and just what I expected. And the delivery team was outstanding. Very fast. They took out my son's old mattress and brought the new one in so quickly. I was impressed. We are more than satisfied with our purchase and delivery experience. We have already told friends and family about our experience.
delivery bad service
The mattresses is fine, delivery driver was awful and rude. He broke a piece on my chandelier. had to move pictures because he was close to breaking them. He never apologized, dropped the mattress down like he didn't care, knocking out boards under the box spring. The helper with him was great..want a refund

Loved the time the team spent with us when we went shopping for a mattress. Robin and her manager took the time to make sure we purchased the right product at the best price! Forget Nordstroms, Macy's definitely has the best service!

WORST NIGHT SLEEP
This is the ABSOLUTE worst mattress i have ever slept on or owned. I have had it only 5 days and every day i wake up with a horrible backache! The middle of the mattress is permanently sunken in and it feels like i am sleeping in a hammock. The thing is crushed in the middle and i only weigh 105 lbs. I always had soft mattresses but this is ridiculous. Cheapest materials ever! The sides are higher than the middle now and i have no choice but to return it. U will be forced to pay a ridiculous re-stocking fee! I am so unhappy this is not right. DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS. U WILL BE SORRY!

Mattress
Mattress is sagging, it is not what we expected. We had a mattress the same brand and it last for many years, we bought the new one thinking will be similar but we are very discourage about it.
