Ferm is great

My wife and I love this mattress. This has been great for our backs, we get up every morning without pain, the reinforcement on the edges is super nice.

Disappointed

I have had this mattress for just a few days under a month. I do NOT plan on keeping this mattress as it is way too soft although it is advertised and labeled as "Firm" I am very disappointed in this mattress to the extent that I will no longer be looking at the Serta brand for a replacement. The I comfort is a hybrid mattress that is designed to feel like an innerspring mattress. Given that Serta already makes an innerspring, and they also make a hybrid, why would they manufacture a hybrid mattress that feels like an innerspring? This make no sense to me at all.

Love this mattress!!!

Best night’s sleep ever! Perfect firmness and I really could feeling the cooling effect. Material seems like good quality. It’s also a nice thick mattress, so I would consider using the deep sheets. Definitely would recommend this mattress!

This is a great mattress upgrade from my previous old spring steel mattress. This thing is super nice keeps me cool and I've had no issues with my back. This thing even included delivery and pickup of my old mattress.

size is much smaller

i bought a full mattress. the size is supposed to be 54 by 75. what i received is a 51 by 72. that's a big difference. totally dissatisfied.
