are you kidding me?

I tried zip codes for everyone in my family, and we are spread out from MI to FL and San Francisco to Boston. Item wasn’t average for delivery in any of the areas. Why is this item even listed as for sale

WHY ??? No DELIVERY

I don't understand why Macy's would hve any item/s posted on the website if It was not available & offer no source of receiving the goods. This is PROBLEM !!! Í hve encountered this "NO SHIPPING" non-sense several times before. Called customer service to chk if this was really the case & IT was !!! couldn't even deliver to a neighboring state (eastern tri- state area) Thís is not only FRUSTRATING but antiquated to the times. Have never experienced this from any retailer's of quality. Doesn't make sense for a retail company to lose a customer and revenue. Fíx It !!

What’s the point of putting up a great item at an unbelievable price, to then not offer delivery to my area ? Which btw is local to NYC. You don’t deliver to the Tri-state area ??? Since when ???

Poor Business Practice

I cannot get this item (and many others, I might add) shipped to me and cannot even determine where in the universe it is available to be shipped… this suggests that the item is no longer available anywhere, and therefore it should not be advertised. You are wasting my time and causing me unnecessary frustration. Just take items like this down or if it is actually available somewhere, let me know where. If it is available, there is likely a way to ship it “to my area”, even if at an additional cost. Please respond by letting me know how/where to get this item and/or come up with a better shopping process for items in this situation.

No Delivery to me

I see no delivery to me and everyone else in the reviews. I have ordered for years and never had no delivery. There is a huge sale now, but no one can get it. It should be removed from site. It makes the company look bad.
