Color WILL fade, and NOT be covered by warranty
I purchased this recliner in February 2019. I purchased the 5 year WORRY NO MORE care plan. The color on the smoke grey-brown has faded BADLY. The WORRY NO MORE care plan DOES NOT COVER COLOR FADING. The language in the advertisement for this ULTIMATE coverage makes it seem like upholstery issues are covered. I paid FAR too much money for what was supposed to be a HIGH quality leather chair, only to find out it has cheap spray on coloring that WILL FACDE. Not to mention I shelled out HUNDREDS MORE for a WARRNATY, which to me is now worthless. I will not be buying anything else from Macy's.

This has to be the worst couch I've ever purchased. Its extremely uncomfortable like your sitting in an airplane the back is to high also the seating is like a bubble. I had 2 broken recliners thank God i bought worry no more finally after 1 year the replaced the whole sofa. That didn't make it any better! It's the same horrible sofa! Please do not buy this its over priced for the mere fact that its the worst couch . I'm sure there's worse but this goes on the list as my worst purchase I hate it and am now stuck with it .Macys needs to do better. Quality control and worry no more is at its worst ..
Buy this Chair!
I searched for what seemed like forever to find new livingroom furniture. We have had this chair for about 3 weeks now, and so far, everyone absolutely loves it. The chair itself is oversized and very comfortable, and the leather is so soft. We also ordered a matching 6-piece sectional, but it hasn't come yet (thanks COVID). I recommend working with an associate at your local Macy's. We did, and the gentlemen got us a great deal. It was still more expensive than many other sets, but I'm hoping the furniture and electronics hold up over time. If you have been searching for new furniture, I would seriously consider this line.

Very nicely made, firm at first but these soften up quite a bit like the floor model I tried in store. Love the adjustable neck rest and fast return of foot rest! The longest side is actually shorter when measured in person so if you’re worried about it being a little too long it’s only 136” on that side and 125” on the short end. You can put it right up against a wall and still recline quite far or leave the 5 inches behind to fully recline. The blackberry color isn’t as dark as it looks online, it’s a dark espresso brown with dark brown stitching. Leather is thick and seems high quality.

As a whole the couch is just fine, but if you pay for the extended warranty and you damage the leather they send someone out with paint to "fix" it. The paint does not match at all and after spending thousands of dollars on this couch and the warranty it is now two different colors and very, very noticeable. They will tell you eventually it will blend in. It does not, at all, not even close.
Once you’re in, you won’t want to get out!
This chair is ridiculously comfortable! We also love having the USB port so we can charge our phones while we sit in the comfy chair! I have always wanted to get leather furniture and this is the real deal. I could not be happier!
