THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY!!

my suitcase shell cracked putting it into the car...i filed a claim because the suitcase is still under warranty and they claim that i cracked it and it was not a manufacturer defect..they were quick to make the decision..there's no way the shell should crack as im the one handling it...bad customer service...dont care!!!...so even with the warranty they have a million excuses not to replace it...

Good luggage

This is a very good piece of luggage- it is durable and easy to pick up and roll. It looks good- not too flashy, just right. Very reasonable price.

I’m so disappointed with this purchase. The luggage was dirty and had marks on it. I bought this to give as a gift to my niece and I just can’t do it. Not acceptable.
