Do Not Recommend

Couch is not as comfortable as we would have liked. We have to use pillows to support our backs. Also, within a year of purchase, the seat cushions are breaking down and we're being told the warranty does not cover that. Very difficult to join the pieces together as well, as it requires lining up prongs to specific points while lifting the sofa with no visibility. Not recommended.

Good for now

Love the comfort but it comes with a note that says "it will mature when cushions go flat" Did not like that news AFTER receiving it. Also doesn't stay together well. But the family loves the 3 recliners and the comfort, for now.

Worth it! Quality!

I just received this sectional and so far, I'm highly impressed. Some quick info that I could not find prior to ordering: 1. The powerglide let's you control both the headrest and footrest independently. 2. The buttons are on the inside of the chair, see photo. 3. The manufacturer is MAN WAH / MWHOME 4. The warranty is as follows: A) cushion core 2 years B) electric/power 2 years C) fabric 1 year D) frame 5 years The cushioning is harder than I would typically like; however, I expect this will soften over time and is more of a sign of the quality of the piece. The small details are great. The buttons for the recline are made of metal, not plastic. Same for the drink holders, it's a metal insert and not plastic. Also to note, you will need one plug for the recliner and one plug for the console with USB. So if you get two of each, you'll need four outlets. If any issues arise, I'll update. Right now, I would definitely purchase again!
