This pillow is NOT as described.

I am very disappointed in this product. It says it is SUPER SOFT, and it is not. The cover is like and outdoor canvas scratchy fabric. Furthermore, it is NOT HUSK GREY as described but a light grey. I get the impression this was a USED PRODUCT or a second?
