Terrible

Bought this suitcase for a trip to japan and China. It only has one handle, so if you are short, you cannot put it in the overhead bin! Also, it is heavy empty. I wish I could return it, as I will never use it again.

Picture is deceiving

The color online is not the color you get. It is a purple not rose gold. I like the rest of the suitcase but I was really looking for a rose gold one so I returned it.

Pretty color but....

I bought this suitcase for a trip to NewYork. The color is pretty but half way through the trip I wished I had bought a suitcase with a more durable outer shell. The outer shell of this case had multiple scratches and scuff marks when I got home. I know none of the hardshell suitcase are 100% scratch proof, but the case shouldn't scratch as easy as this one did.

Luggae

This luggage have very nice and easy to roll wheels, with TSA lock - love it. Cute color but the zipper seems to rip easily when to used it for my international travel - I have To return it But Macy%u2019s is so good and exchange me a new one. I%u2019m using it now but only local travel- let%u2019s see if zipper will still rip.

Not worth it, wheels are poor quality.

I received this as a gift. I was really excited to get it because I've owned two other travelpro luggage. I have the purple walkabout in 21 and 25 inch and it's great. I had that luggage since 2014 and no problems. I really wanted a hardshell so I asked for this one. I love the color and interior design. The locks are great and easy to use. Now the wheels aren't great big time. One of mine keeps getting stuck and they don't rotate easy. This bag was a hassle to travel with and I will be returning it this week.

Beautiful!

The bag is a beautiful mauve shade. It is lightweight and the wheels move nicely. It is roomy enough for weekend getaway.

Won't open

First and foremost there are no instructions at all to get zippers out of lock. No info for setting combination. This is purple not pink or rose. Since I can't open it i have no opinion on how it will handle when i travel. Very disappointed.
