Don't Buy

Bought the Travelpro Walkabout anticipating that the piece would live up to its hype. After two trips one of the wheels fell off and the finish on the outer surface of luggage has started to bubble off. I was told that there was a 'limited lifetime warranty', but that wheels and surfaces were not covered. In fact, I had to pay a professional leathersmith to fix the wheel and he informed me that the only parts that are under warranty are the zippers and the handle. Ridiculous. Will not buy from this manufacturer again.

Poor Quality

First time unzipping the bag to check out the compartments, and the zipper is already coming off the material. Returning.

Great suitcase

Replaced 15 year old Travelpro with this one -- very nice upgrade! Lightweight, performed wonderfully rolling through a busy airport and lots of space. At the sale price, this is an excellent buy. FYI: The black color actually has a turquoise/purple sheen to it. Very pretty, but my husband was a bit surprised with the color.

Best suitcase ever

This is the nicest piece of luggage I've ever owned, inckuding the Delsey I bought from Macys a few years ago. It has so many storage features and because of the size, I only need this one suitcase. The purple is gorgeous and stands out on the luggage stand at the airport.
