Not a spinner.

Bought this thinking it was a spinner but it is not so I returned it. Otherwise it was good quality at a great price.

Other occasion to buy:Perfect size for a personal item. Can hold your tech and at least 2 days of clothes, a pair of shoes and toiletries.

Great color.

The bag is a great size for a long weekend or an accompaniment to the carry on for longer trips. It has great compartments, is light and rolls well or stacks.

Item was a returned item. Return Receipt was in the bag. It was a gift so I didn't give to recipient. Go forward I will never order a close out item.
