This sleeper sofa is very uncomfortable, cumbersome and dowdy. I would rather sleep on the bare floor. I regret this purchase. I no longer shop at Macy's and I was a super-duper platinum customer.

The worst quality couch I've ever owned. Our house is constantly covered in feathers and I just removed the cover of one of the seat cushions and discovered that the lining had holes everywhere. Guess that's why all the feathers have escaped. Also, the wood frame of the couch is very flimsy. I'm angry I spent so much money on a piece of garbage.

I haven't even paid this thing off yet, and I already hate it. It's not even a year old! Hate it. On one end of the couch, the cushion is sagging so badly we had to put a piece of plywood under the cushion to keep people from falling into the couch. The chaise cushion is also sagging badly, and I suspect we'll have to do the same there. Feathers. There are so many feathers everywhere, we are constantly cleaning them up. If I could do it all over again, I would never have purchased this couch. Way overpriced for the quality. I'm extremely unhappy with this purchase.

The sofa is horrible, feathers are everywhere even after a year! the sofa has lost its form. Very poor quality. Hate it. Macy's should do something about it!

After having this couch for 6 months, I am very disappointed. I am constantly being poked by the end of feathers making their way out of the cushions and throw pillows. The couch seems to be losing its shape very quickly.

The couch is falling apart at the bottom.The delivery staff ripped the fabric at the bottom of the couch. Couch also looks very old and I haven't had it for more than 6 months

You can start by correcting the dimensions page. i purchased the Right arm facing sofa with the Left arm facing loveseat SECTIONAL because the dimensions say it measures 102 inches x 110 inches and it does NOT! The 102 inches is correct but the 110 inches actually measures at 106 inches. I can understand and inch or two but 4 inches is a lot to be off by when it comes to placing a sectional in a living room. Now, instead of it filling the 110 inches that my previous sectional filled in, it looks off.... so, you need to CORRECT the dimensions sheet to be more accurate.
