I’ve had this side for about two years. If you have a dog do not purchase, the material pills, and you cannot get dog hair out of it. I contacted the company to try to purchase replacement covers but you cannot, so we are stuck with an expensive couch that looks like trash.

This is a comfortable and attractive couch but it began tearing at the seams before I had it for a year. I’ve re-sewed it but the cushions keep tearing at the seams and not just little tears- all the way across. The material is not sturdy enough for furniture.

We bought this couch 3 years ago and we still LOVE it. Absolutely dreamy comfy beautiful! All 3 of us can lie on it and watch a movie!

It hasn’t been a year and the back cushions are ripping at the seam.

I was so excited to find a large sectional with a sleeper but it wasn’t long before I regretted this purchase. At less than a year old with light use the back cushions lost their shape, then started to pill. Then the cushion seams started to separate. At this point it is so uncomfortable that we are looking to buy a replacement.

This sofa is a huge disappointment. The pillows are all mis-shaped and lumpy. The cushions are sunk in and it’s ripping at seams.

This was a spur of the moment purchase because my sister-in-law has this couch and I immediately fell in love! She sent me the link to it and we saw it was on closeout so we HAD to get it. No regrets at all!!

This couch is a HUGE disappointment. We have had this couch for less than a year, it is piling and the back cushion seam opened up and the fabric is now fraying. I filed a warranty claim, they sent someone out and told me they would replace the cushion and now they are saying this is normal wear and tear. I am not sure how after less than a year a cushion splitting open is normal (no one sits in this spot). Super disappointed that we paid for a warranty and they are not willing to send the cushion they told us we would receive. Spend your money elsewhere.
