This couch is a HUGE disappointment. We have had this couch for less than a year, it is piling and the back cushion seam opened up and the fabric is now fraying. I filed a warranty claim, they sent someone out and told me they would replace the cushion and now they are saying this is normal wear and tear. I am not sure how after less than a year a cushion splitting open is normal (no one sits in this spot). Super disappointed that we paid for a warranty and they are not willing to send the cushion they told us we would receive. Spend your money elsewhere.

Bought through online only, never saw it in person prior to purchasing. Love the material, its so soft and comfortable. Cushions are deep for sitting and back cushions are removable which is nice for laying down. Seat where sofa bed is, is stiff, but that was to be expected. Very happy so far.

We bought this couch a year ago and the fabric looks like it is 10 years old. We are extremely disappointed. We would not recommend buying this couch.

I bought this less than 2 years ago and the cushions are ripping at the seems , and back cushions are misshapen and cheap filling !

Do not buy this! We have had this for not even two years and all of the back pillows are misshaped and the cushions that you sit in are ripping. The fabric is also piling. It also doesn’t clip together so each piece is constantly moving.

Love this couch! Super comfortable. Unique look with the “Cuddler” section that works perfectly in our LR. Couldn’t be happier with it!

I've owned this couch for less than 8 months and its completely destroyed. I don't think I've ever taken the time to write a negative review in my life but I'm truly disappointed in Macys for even selling such a poor quality product. I have not even finished making the final payment for the couch and it already needs to be replaced.

I seem to have gotten a good one of these couches. It does pill a little but I do not have any ripped seams or anything noticeably wrong with it. The pillows get a little misshapen but overall I love the couch and it’s held up well with my cats. I use it every day and I love the cuddler piece. I’ve had it for about two years now and it still looks pretty new.
