Purchased the sofa and loveseat combo and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I went with the dove color and it looks great in my home. The leather is soft, warm, and you can feel and smell the quality of the leather. The couches are on the firmer side compared to others but the seat, back, and head supports give enough to be comfortable for hours. Laying on the couch is also very comfortable. The white glove delivery by Javier and Mario was also great. They were on time, courteous, and helpful placing the furniture.
Disappointed in the Quality
I ordered the furniture from Macy’s thinking it will be a great buy. I bought 2 sofas, dining table set and a bed set. Leather on this sofa is already stretched even after a 2 months of lightly being used. No one overweight sat in the sofa and still leather is stretched out so much. One sofa was delivered already damaged. Other seems like it will collapse soon. Every time you sit on and then when you get up. It makes a noise. I might have been normal if I was over 250 pounds. I am normal weight person and my wife is barely 110lbs. This sofa isn’t worth buying again. I am glad that I have the warranty so I can use it when I need it to be replaced.

beautiful, comfortable couch
I sat in this couch before buying it. I made the purchase because it's comfortable, beautiful, and a great price! The back rest is high enough to provide, cushy support to your head, which is a key selling feature for us - we want to relax on this couch when watching a movie. At the same time, the bottom cushions are exactly the right firmness. The length and arm rest height can accommodate a tall person who wants to stretch out and take a nap. For us, it's the perfect couch and it looks fabulous!
