Poor quality and lack of customer service

One slipper completely fell apart after 2 months, found that the stitching was missing partially on one side. Macy refused to stand behind the product and let us get a replacement or return it. We’ve had several of these slippers-never again and I will no longer buy 3rd party off their website and have spread the word to never buy them again or any other 3rd party item since Macys won’t stand behind what they sell on line. To pay that kind of money and be told they won’t help resolve the issue is disheartening to a long standing loyal customer is sad.

unbearable after 2 months

The entire side of the slipper is cracked open. About 6 inches long. I got them for Christmas and only wear them occasionally.

Snuggly slippers

These Bootie Slipper are snuggly warm. Just what I was looking. I like having my ankles covered. These slippers checked all of the boxes

Great!

If you're tired of Uggs being different from the originals and feel like you had been walking on a board, there is hope from Cloud Nine!! I am so happy with these. Styled similarly on the outside to the aforementioned, these are just beautiful and SO cushy and comfy. I tried several other brands (including two disastrous experiences with Uggs) before I landed on these through Macy's. They are true to size and mold to your feet, keeping your feet cozy and warm but never perspiring due to the lush sheepskin. Highly recommend!
