very disappointed 😞

the hat is ok, but I ordered a large and run run small, now I can't not returned because it doesn't have a tag from the store marcy. they delivery without a tag, it mean you can Not returned without tag, the bag where the hat came , was very dirty and the name very scratches. look old, very disappointed, expensive and no way to be returned, I'm very disappointed
