miss matched

The package was labeled medium but it contained 1 medium boxer and one extra large boxer

Item Shrinks!

Upon the first wash these drew up to half the size! I washed in cold water, and use low heat for the dryer. I needed to replace "lucky" football undies for my husband, his are worn out from years of wear, and these totally useless now! They were on sale, so no refunds, but that should not mean if the mdse is flawed! And it's impossible to get help with customer service via chat, email or phone. I'm just not pleased and very disappointed.

ROUGHEST cotton ever made. 100% cotton???

These boxers are stiff, even after wash. Wash did help soften it a little bit as it felt like I was wearing paper/cardboard underwear out of the package.
