Online order - electronic tag still attached! Chat text unhelpful. Used the attachment button and sent photos of the attached electronic tag. I received a reply that attachments cannot be viewed. Why have an attachment button?? I also received a reply that the issue could not be addressed via chat and was provided a phone number and the chat was terminated on Macy's end. I phoned the customer service line. The representative who answered had difficulty understanding the issue and was going to send a return label for the item to be replaced. I explained that I simply wanted the issue documented so I am not accused of attempting to steal the item when entering the store to have the tag removed. What a cluster. Otherwise, the jacket is fine, though the sleeves are ridiculously long. I'm human not a chimpanzee...

Just received them. 1. Color is not like on pictures. They are actually grey. No pink/violet tone. Unfortunately, can't upload pictures here. 2. Previous Club Room linen were too light in used material, so pants survived 1 year only with patching. This time seam is broken just below the zipper straight away. And one thin thread tgey used for the seam doesn't hold it. I can understand material quality, you want pants to be light. But I can't understand seam quality making pants fall apart straight away. I can patch myself, but I see no reason to bother, as you need to redo everything everything was just ok, but nothing outstanding. Except, you definitely need to make smaller waist to match the size, while adding some material at legs. Without belt pants just don't hold.
