On phone customer service was LOUSY.

Paid for 2 shirts, but after 2 weeks only received 1. 2nd. shirt lost in limbo. Still waiting for refund for 2nd. shirt. Customer service on phone was like having a room Canal. Not happy.

Pins in the fabric

When are you going to STOP using dull metal pins to hold shirts folded?! First pin I pulled out, it has a burr, and immediately creates a pull in the fabric of this brand new shirt! I am fed up with this nonsense.

does not hold up to ironing well. ironed the shirt and hung it up....it was wrinkled the next day.
