Bent Posts, extremely cheap

Very disappointed in these. The posts came bent on two of them and broke when I tried to straighten them.

Came Poorly Packaged!!!

Hello fellow coachies! Just beware this is an item you NEED to order in store because ordering online is not it when it comes to this company and shipping jewelry. My brooches looked so lovely as all my coach products do but I am quite upset over how Macy’s packaged my brooches. They sent them in a flimsy poly mailer with it barely wrapped at all. To my horror the backs of my beautiful brooches were bent up. Only 1/3 came in perfect condition! The others I had to bend into place using metal work tools but in my opinion this is horrible customer service, do not ship out fine jewelry items that can be bent poorly packaged, next time I will buy in person or just order from the actual coach websites because they have never sent me damaged or broken pieces ever. Every fine jewelry item I have ordered from coach’s website has been extremely well packaged and wrapped to prevent any damage to the item. Unless you have the tools to work on fixing them yourself at home do not purchase online!
