Oh no

Bloomingdale's sent me a all scratch up one. Unacceptable. I ordered the oxblood with rivets. Lately this is what happened when you order handbags with them. Even my Tory Burches was sent all scratched up. Ugh frustrating!

IT WAS NOT THE BAG ITSELF

The bag itself is beautiful....however, I received a used bag for the price of a new bag. Unacceptable! How do I know it was used one might ask? It arrived with used bobbie pins and no dust bag along with the previous owner/purchasers receipt. Thanks but it a NO for me.

Beautiful 2in1 bag
