Love this bag! The leather is plush, but does seem a little firm, which may be good, wear-wise. (Have seen black quilted tabby bags in reviews with missing color on the corners…ugh!) Hoping this firm leather will hold up better than that. Worried about color transfer from dark clothing, so will try to be mindful of outfit choices when using the bag. Wish that I could have gotten a fully-wrapped or only partially-unwrapped bag, but they had all bags on display for Christmas - understandable. I chose the best bag out of the three they had (perfect quilt pattern that lines up, no dings in the “C” closure in front). Could not wait to get this…braved the holiday crowd to get it the week before Christmas - very happy. Tried to order online elsewhere, but product had issues. If possible, go into the store & look at the bags to ensure the product you’re going to purchase is in excellent condition because you deserve a perfect bag for your money.

Poor packaging

I liked the product, but the brand fails a lot in the packaging, the first impression is important. A bag like this comes in a plastic bag only, I don't like it.
