Waste of money!!

If I can give a zero star I would! I lost my money by purchasing this fake bag! Leather has scratches all over it as if it’s been used over 10 years! I called Macy’s customer support and I was told this bag is non refundable/nonreturnable. Highly disappointed Macy’s c’mon!!

Nice looking purse but it is very small

I am a fan of Coach handbags and love the dark navy color but I gave it a four since it is on the small side. I wish it was a little wider so I could fit more in. After putting my phone in there is not much room for anything else except something small like a lipstick. However I did decide to keep it. Had it not been such a nice dark navy which is a color I did not previously have I would have probably returned it.
