Perfection of a bag

I decided to treat myself to my first honest, authentic designer bag and I chose this bag. I could NOT have chosen something better. I am going to cherish this forever bag. It fits everything I need just perfect. I am already very emotionally attached to my Cary bag. She’s becoming my other-half. Treat yourself or anyone to this bag! You won’t regret it.

Disappointed

received the Cary Crossbody as a gift from my boyfriend for our 4-year anniversary in April 2025. Sadly, after using it just four times, the stitching on the shoulder strap came completely undone, and I can no longer wear it. As a full-time medical student, I don’t get many chances to go out, so I’ve taken extra care with the bag. To see it fall apart so quickly — in under 3 months — has been incredibly disappointing and honestly heartbreaking considering its sentimental value. Even more frustrating, when I brought the bag into the Macy's, I was told they couldn’t help me because it was past the 30 days of purchase. DON"T buy your bags from Macys better to purchase from the brand directly so they may help you. The Coach boutique is unable to help since I purchased it from Macy's. I am so upset and will never buy from Macy's again. The quality and customer care were very disappointing and unhelpful.

Just to dark inside

I found this handbag to have a smallish opening ,made it hard for me to find what I was able to carry inside. Nice leather , 2 straps overall good size. I did return.

Elegant and Functional with excellent quality

I absolutely love this bag. The quality is amazing for the price point and design is elegant yet functional. It's a great everyday bag, I use the short strap on a daily but love that I have the long strap for when I travel and want my hands free. Unlike a lot of other bags that include a long strap, this bag actually works comfortably as a crossbody.

As expected, the purse arrived today, 4/30, on time. It was shipped and wrapped in excellent condition. Usually, when you think of a cross-body, you think small, but this purse can be worn as a shoulder bag. I was worried about the sizing and whether all my belongings would transfer from a bigger purse to this one, and it did with no problem!!!!! Satisfied with my purchase. Thanks, Macy and Coach. Oh, they do send perfume of your choice. It's a small size, but it's nice.
