Highly disappointed in how the bag was packaged. It was shipped in a plastic mailer bag with no bubble wrap. Additionally, the bag did not come with the typical coach dust bag.

My all time favorite

Words cannot express how much I love this bag, it’s one of the cutest pieces I have from Coach. There’s a lot of things being said about the Nappa leather being fragile but honestly I use this bag everyday and I’ve had no issues so far. Once you clean and condition you should be fine. It’s small but it still holds all that you need.
