Received previous reviews damaged return

No stars - SEE PREVIOUS REVIEWS - Disappointed with this purchase. The item I received was clearly a return. The packaging was already opened and the product showed signs of wear. It’s unacceptable to resell returned or defective items as new. I had to initiate a return, which was an inconvenience. Please ensure better quality control and do not reship used or damaged items. This is especially frustrating coming from a major retailer, where higher standards are expected. One was missing the latch entirely, and it wasn’t even included in the package. This made it clear that the item was knowingly shipped in damaged condition. I won’t be ordering from Macys again unless there’s a significant improvement in quality assurance.

Great quality and design but

Love the design but was too heavy for my ear lobes. Had to return.

Broken

I love the size of the hoops and couldn't wait to wear them. I took them off the cardboard and one is broken!!! What a bummer 😕 😞
