Really wanted to love it, but feel like I wasted my money and can't return it now. The middle zipper is having issues and I have only had it for a week and the handing couch tag fell off already. Really disappointed as this never happens with Michael Kors bags.

Fabulous Bag!

This is an absolutely fabulous bag! I wanted a smaller tote to carry my work 13” laptop, planner, few papers and my essentials (wallet, glasses, keys, phone). And, to not be too dang heavy! I stumbled upon this bag on sale and immediately loved it. My 13” laptop with sleeve and a few papers fit perfectly in the back compartment. My iPhone 10 and access card holder fit in the two slip pockets. In the front compartment I have my planner, wallet, glasses and keys. The center zip compartment is helpful to keep the bag organized, but be aware it is thin in profile so anything too bulky placed in the compartment distorts the zipper. But, for travel or public commute I would put my wallet in there. But, I mainly like that it is there for the separation of the compartments (keeps things organized) and typically I just use it for thin items - my work pass, Kleenex, mask, receipts - stuff like that. The leather is soft and luxurious. And, the bag is absolutely gorgeous in the Granite color.

I love the bag I always buy coach the only problem I have noticed is the inside zipper is not strait not sure if I am putting too much in the purse or not but that's the only issue I have with it. Has any one else noticed this?

ABSOLUTELY LOVE

Haven't purchased a COACH bag in over 10 plus years. But this one caught my eye and couldn't pass it up. I'm the carry all kinda girl but need organization. This bag really had everything I was looking for and more. The drop of the straps are a perfect length, light weight, both sides of the bag are more than enough room for everyday necessities and large middle compartment is a plus. Beautifully made and did not disappoint!!
