Avoid buying online

I had read of several other people who had ordered a similar bag (any soft leather) and when the bag arrived, there were signs of use like creased leather or just dirty. I experienced both of these and received no solution besides I can return the bag in store and have another one shipped to me. No one can assure me this issue won’t happen again. Just be aware.
