Gorgeous shoe... smooth sole!

They're gorgeous - very sophisticated looking and comfortable. I am usually a 8W but I got these in the 8.5 and I like to wear them with pants and ankle socks for more comfort. My only nitpick is that the underside of the soles are completely smooth - no traction at all. I was very worried about slipping when I first wore them and have yet to wear them in public. However, I think adding a grip pad to the sole (or a brief test fun on the driveway) may solve the slipping issue.
