Poor quality control on Macy’s part, not Coach

Gorgeous shoe, but they were already worn. Super disappointing. The shoes had clear signs of wear on the sole, and were just tossed in the box without any protection. I would have returned them, but I need them for an event. Not at all happy with Macy’s.

Classy

Bought a pair for wearing to my daughters graduation but they were so classy I gave to my daughter to wear on her special day. The heel is perfect for me. They are very comfortable and Very Chic. I have since ordered me a pair. Dress up or down with my fav jeans. Love these shoes. Need them in other colors please.

Wrong Shoes Sent

They sent an entirely different pair of shoes. Not the style ordered. Very frustrating. I ordered these black kitten heeled mules and got sent a pair of sneakers!

Love the color, love the shoe

cute shoe but received it damaged. I got the pink/fuchsia color which I loved but, unfortunately there was a deep scratch across the top of the left shoe. Very disappointing. They are going back.
