Very uncomfortable!!!
Shoes look cheap and are very uncomfortable to the point that after wearing them to the office for 8 hours, I felt like I couldn't walk anymore. There is no plush nor any comfort at all in the inside of the shoes. It feels like attaching a piece of wood to your feet and then walk around without been able to bend the feet at all. Worst shoes ever. I have other two pairs of Cole Haans so this would be my third pair, but the other two (which I bought directly at a Cole Haans store) are completely different from these sold by Macy’s. Save your money and the pain and DO NOT BUY THESE!

Quality issue
I own a same brand pair of shoes that cost half as much and look better than the ones I bought. The shoes look like they were made of cardboard with ugly looking stitching. These shoes are too overpriced and it’s a purchase of the brand and not the shoe quality. Sadly, I will be returning these right away and never buying from this brand again even though I have had three pairs already.

This was a second order due to the wrong shoes in box of first order. Shoes look great.
Bought New Received Pre Used
Bought these shoes and I received a pair that was creased and looked used from the sole. A definite return that Macy’s resold when they should have pulled it from the shelf. Very disappointing to see a company this large can’t check reevaluate their returns before sending them back for sale.
