Funny sizing for this shoe

Great shoe but the sizing is different from any other shoe you may own. I wear a 10.5 and 11 in Nike tennis. Most dress shoes I wear a 10.5. when it comes to Cole Haan dress shoes I wear a 9.5 and 10. However this shoe I had to go down to an 8.5. I had to return about 3 sizes to get the right size for this shoe finally. I will say I love the way they look, just finding the right size can be frustrating.

Size 13 has to be mis-marked seems to be size 14

was looking forward to getting these loafers BUT shoe is HUGE!!! by at least a whole size of not a size & half. Very disappointed in this purchase, I will be returning to store for a full refund.

I am back on-line trying to buy another pair, just to keep on hand. I have a fairly wide foot and would normally wear Mens 10 but I went with 10.5 and I love them. Super comfortable without looking too casual. This shoe will go with jeans, a suit or an other casual look. Impressed. I've not always been a fan of Cole-Haan but this and the Zero Grands are terrific.

color difference

I failed to see the difference in color from the Tan color and the Brown. Their was not enough distinction in color to keep the Brown. Maybe they sent me the wrong color???

returned twice now. sizes are not even close. trying a whole size smaller now.
