Nice Quality Cole Haan Loafer

These shoes are comfortable, but unfortunately I ordered 1 size too big (9). These shoes run big, so I had to return them. I wanted to order the right size (8 1/2, but was out of stock.

Stiff and tight

Runs small, tight on the middle-part of the food, not ideal for wide feet. Stiff leather requires breaking in.

Second and Updated Review

I am changing my review from a 4-star to a 5-star. I returned the first pair I received that were scratched and requested another pair. Macy's made the return so easy and hassle free. I received the second pair in record time. These shoes are so comfortable!

Great Shoe but Damaged

I love the classic look and comfort of these shoes. But I wish I had returned them. The shoes I received were definitely not new, definitely returned by someone else and one shoe has a big scratch across the leather top.

Giana loafers

They are lovely, but they run big I ordered my size and they fit big. Disappointed also too narrow,I hope they make this same style for wider feet they are really cute! Have to return them☹️
