Cole Haan Quality

Beautiful shoes, but I can only wear the shoes at short intervals due to the strap that crosses the toe box. A little snug but hopefully it stretches out somewhat.

Disappointed in shoes

Horrible experience! I was sent the wrong shoes in the correct box and lied to by the Macy’s rep when I asked for the correct shoes to be sent. He said they would express them to me when they didn’t have them and they had no intention of sending the new shoes without the wrong shoes being sent back first even though I used my Macy’s credit card and there was plenty of room to change me for another pair of shoes.
